Founded Teikoku Sangyo Co., Ltd. by amalgamating 4 companies with start-up capital of 14.4 million yen to implement effective management.
They include:
Kansai Rope Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Toyo Hard and Bast Fiber Spinning Co., Ltd.: Manufacturer of jute products since 1915.

Sano Spinning Co., Ltd.: Manufacturer of cotton yarns and cotton textiles since 1919.

Senshu Fabric Co., Ltd.: Manufacturer of cotton yarns and cotton textiles since 1907).
